Time zones can be a little tricky. Here's a couple of tips:
1. Locate the starting city or country on the time zone map. You may
need a world political map to find the cities and countries.
2. Add 1 hour for each zone you move to the east (right).
3. Subtract 1 hour for each zone you move to the west (left).
4. Go to the next day if you cross the International Date Line from
east to west.
5. Go back a day if you cross the International Date Line from west to east.
